How to access the BookRouter™ Beta

Note: The legacy login uses /manager at the end of the URL; BookRouter™ uses /bookrouter.

First, check to see that BookRouter™ has been installed on your account

To participate in Beta Testing, the new BookRouter™ software, the new software must be installed in your account.
To check for installation, go to:

YOURDOMAIN.com/bookrouter  (replace YOURDOMAIN with your actual domain name)

You should see the following screen.

Note: If you do not see this login screen, you must request installation of the new software.

Option One: Logging In

Once you have confirmed that BookRouter™ Beta is installed, you can access your account via login:

YOURDOMAIN.com/bookrouter (replace YOURDOMAIN with your actual domain name).

Use the same username and password as your legacy account.

Option Two: Switching to BookRouter™ from the legacy admin

  1. Click your username at the top right of the screen and a dropdown menu will open.
  2. Click the BookRouter™ toggle button highlighted by the red arrow below.
The following screenshot shows you how to access the new BookRouter™ Dashboard.


Switching Back to the Legacy View

  1. Click your username at the top right of the screen and a dropdown menu will open.
  2. Click the Legacy View toggle button highlighted by the red arrow below.
