The carousel feature allows you to showcase multiple slides of content and/or inventory on your homepage. The carousel will automatically progress through the slides in the order you choose. The customer has the option to pause the slides or manually choose which slide to view.
Click the 'Design' link under the 'Website' heading on the Control Panel menu.
Then, click the 'Carousel' option to manage rotating sliders.
The 'CONTENT' tab will appear with the 'Carousel Content Type' already set to 'MY CONTENT'. Add the details you would like to appear on your slide.
Then, click the 'ADVANCED' tab. The 'Status' will be automatically set to 'ACTIVE'. An active slide will be published to your website after you click 'SAVE'.
If you do not wish to publish the slide to your website yet and would like to save it as a draft, change the 'Status' to 'INACTIVE'.
If you would like to specify the order of the slide, you can add a letter/number next to 'Sort'. When you are finished, click 'SAVE'.
In the example below, the slide will be published upon saving and will appear as the third slide.
Then, click on 'Carousel' section to manage rotating sliders.
The 'Content' tab will appear. For 'Carousel Content Type', click on the 'INVENTORY ITEM' button. Then, add the item number and text to create a button that links to the item's page. Then, click 'SAVE'.
If you would like to use a different image for the carousel slide, click on the 'Image' tab to browse and upload a new image. Otherwise, the system will automatically use an inventory image. When you are finished, click 'SAVE'.
Then, click on the 'Advanced' tab. The 'Status' will be automatically set to 'ACTIVE'. An active slide will be published to your website after you click 'SAVE'.
If you do not wish to publish the slide to your website yet and would like to save it as a draft, change the 'Status' to 'INACTIVE'.

If you would like to add an item description, you can in the 'Customize Inventory Description' text box. 'Append' will place the text below the link to the item and 'Replace' will place the text above the link.
When you are finished, click 'SAVE'.
In the example below, the slide will be published upon saving and will appear as the fourth slide with no description.
If you do not add an item description, then none will appear in the carousel slide.Below is an example of how the finished slide will appear on your website.
To edit an existing slide, click the 'Design' under the 'Website' heading on the Control Panel menu.
Then, click the 'Carousel' section to manage rotating sliders.
Then, click the 'Edit' button of the slide which you would like to edit.
If you would like to change the order of the slides, click on the 'Settings' (gear icon) button. When you click on 'Settings' button, it opens a dropdown menu, select 'Sort' option.
