How do I include or not include an existing category in 'New Arrival Notifications'?

How do I include or not include an existing category in 'New Arrival Notifications'?

1) Click 'Categories' under the 'Inventory' heading of the 'Control Panel'. 

2) From the categories list, find the category and click the 'Edit' icon in the Actions column on the right.

3) On the 'DETAILS' tab, click on 'INCLUDE' button to enable the 'New Arrival Notifications'.

4) When you are finished, scroll up/down & click the 'SAVE' button.
