Click on 'Manage Inventory' under the 'Inventory' heading and find your item by it's item ID.

Click 'Edit' icon at the end of your item which you want to edit.

Click on 'EBAY' tab to go to eBay properties of that item.

Switch off the 'Allow Re-Pricing' button and click 'Save' button.
